When I joined the project, the design workflow was fragmented — teams were using inconsistent component files and duplicating efforts across projects. To solve this, I created and implemented a comprehensive Figma source-of-truth component library that became the foundation for all design work moving forward.
As the design lead, I guided a group of designers through the end-to-end setup process, ensuring alignment on structure, naming conventions, and accessibility standards. I partnered with project managers, Adobe Studio teams, copywriters, creative directors, and key stakeholders to build a system that not only reflected the brand’s visual identity but also supported efficient collaboration.
Over the course of the project, I developed hundreds of production-ready assets and developer-ready components, ensuring that every element was scalable, consistent, and easy to implement. Additionally, I organized and optimized Creative Cloud assets to maintain brand integrity and streamline cross-functional workflows.

The result was a cohesive design ecosystem that improved speed, reduced redundancy, and empowered teams to focus more on creativity and innovation rather than repetitive setup tasks.
