type booklet
book design, typography, editorial design
Type specimens have existed for centuries to help designers pick a font for a project. Today, they can be wildly flamboyant or thoughtfully classical in their approach.
In this project, I explore typography as both structure and expression — treating type not merely as a vehicle of content, but as a visual voice. The booklet presents a curated set of typefaces in motion: varying sizes, weights, spacing and context. Each spread becomes an opportunity to test readability, hierarchy and tone, while also revealing the personality a typeface brings to a brand narrative.
